Information collected
Crittenton Services collects information when individuals fill out a form or make a donation.
When ordering or registering on Crittenton Services' site, as appropriate, individuals may be asked to enter: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. Anyone may, however, visit Crittenton Service's site anonymously.
Use of information
Any of the information Crittenton Services collects may be used in one of the following ways:
To improve the website. Crittenton Services continually strives to improve its website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from visitors.
To improve customer service. Visitor information helps Crittenton Services to more effectively respond to service requests and support needs.

How Crittenton Services protects visitor information
Crittenton Services offers the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to Paypal. This information is encrypted in Paypal's payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction through PayPal, a donor's private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on PayPal's servers. Only payments made directly to Crittenton Services offline are stored securely on Crittenton's server, and that information is not shared with anyone. The only exception is to list donor names only in the annual report, unless anonymity is requested.
Use of cookies
Crittenton Services does not use cookies.
Disclosure of information to outside parties
Crittenton Services does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personally identifiable information about donors. This does not include trusted third parties who assist Crittenton in operating the website, database, conducting ordinary business, or providing donor services, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Crittenton Services may also release donor information when Crittenton Services believes the release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce site policies, or protect client rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Occasionally, at the discretion of Crittenton Services, the agency may include or offer third party products or services on its website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Crittenton Services therefore has no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, Crittenton Services seeks to protect the integrity of its site and welcomes any feedback about these sites.

Crittenton Services is in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act). Crittenton Services does not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Crittenton Services' website and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
